The Visit Korea Committee has officially appointed Girls’ Generation as the Honorary Ambassador for 2010-2012 VISIT KOREA YEAR at the Lotte Hotel on August 19th.
As the representative artist of the Korean wave, Girls’ Generation will start working with Hallyu star Yongjoon Bae, figure skating queen Yuna Kim, and a popular animated character Pororo as honorary ambassadors of 2010-2012 Visit Korea Year.
Kara’s management agency DSP Media has acknowledge that Hara is dating boy band Beast’s JunHyung. It’s revealed that the couple has just started dating for a month.

After School member Bekah will be graduating from the group (on July 1) to further her study in design back home in Hawaii.
Many didn’t see this coming. Bekah’s very recent Twit message “Hello hello now, goodbye goodbye” (with the above pic) was probably the only hint that she’s leaving the group.
Earlier today, a stranger came on stage and dragged SNSD’s Taeyeon off when the girls are performing at the Angel Price Music Festival held at Lotte World Ice Rink.
KARA’s Jet Roller Coaster has topped the Japan Oricon weekly chart, making them the first Korean girl group to achieve that. Congrats!!!
KARA is also the first non-Japanese girl group to top the chart since 1980.
